It was a beautiful morning for The Grill’s 6-year manniversary. Dynamite rallied a few PAX for a pre-workout run. Myra, Sheldon, and Oreo joined him for an ~ 4-mile run. Several Lehigh Valley PAX joined us once again for our celebration. It is always great to see these guys. We had a father/son FNG duo who were EH’ed into joining us by Bed Bug (who was absent) and Beaker. A total of 19 PAX including 6 from the Lehigh Valley and the 2 FNGs posted.

Warm-a-rama: Mosey to “Death Valley” for Arm Circles, Air Press, Overhead Claps, Abe Vigoda, Imperial Walkers, Toy Soldiers, Cobra, Calf Stretch, BSE, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parkers
Double Snake Run to the bandstand — divided into two groups
The Thang:
Chocolate Egg Suicide Run:
Partner up; P1 Holds plank while P2 sprints out to get one chocolate egg, back to drop off and back again to second point and back; to third point and back; flapjack (3 eggs/person; 6/team)
Egg Hunt:
Plastic eggs mid-way out in field (~ 50 yards). Partner up; P1 does LBCs while P2 runs out to get one egg, run back; flapjack; Keep going until all eggs are retrieved
Egg Opening (round 1): In turn, each team open an egg and lead the exercise inside
Plank Hurdles across field; mosey back (divided into two groups)
~ 5 minute break while Potsie delivered the Q Point on the DRP

Following the workout we enjoyed a carb-laden coffeeteria along with great fellowship and catching up. It was a highly enjoyable morning.
