13 PAX including one FNG converged on the Grill for our first trail run of the season.

Outer sweatshirts were discarded and we embarked on our trek across the river, along the trail to the Bartram Trail parking lot and back. The total distance was ~ 2.75 miles. Along the way we stopped for various fun:
- Power Skips across the bridge
- Clock Merkins
- BTTW in the container box walkway under the construction on Interstate 78
- Makhtar N’Diayes
- Plank Hurdles
- Indian Run
- Crowd Pleaser (Merkin/Groiner 1 to 5 to 1)
- At the Bartram Trail lot we stopped for a welcomed breather while Potsie led us in a discussion on “The Jester”

- Captain Thor (1 Big Boy:4 American Hammers — 1:4 to 5:20)
We made it back to the shovel flag with 2 minutes to spare
Our FNG was named “The Rock”. He is Teardrop’s 2.0 and Blue Rocks Campground is their family business. The Rock did great for his first workout and we look forward to him being a regular at the Grill.
COT: Prayers for Klinger’s mom who was in a car accident the day prior, prayers for Ditto’s granddaughter who will need heart surgery. Prayers for other friends dealing with heal issues.
~ half the crew invaded Four Twelve following the workout for coffeeteria and fellowship.
The Grill continues to grow and thrive.
