Thang 1

Plankapiller across the circle.  There were 9 PAX, so the Q assumed it would be a quick Plankapiller across as a good warmup.  The Q over estimated the length on the green space, quick was not the way to describe it.  A plankapiller is having the PAX line up shoulder to shoulder in a line.  The last PAX in the line will Bear Crawl to the front of the line.  rinse and repeat until the Q calls it.

Thang 2:

Be like Mike… Mike Murphy that is.   We moseyed to the playset.     The PAX performed 5 sets of  5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats.  After each set we ran around the restrooms 2 times.   We did all the exercises together as a group.
