11 pax gathered in the cold gloom for our Ground Hog Day beatdown.Warmarama:Side Straddle Hops,neck rolls,trunk rolls,Abe Vigodas,grass pickers,monkey humpers,merkins,plank jacks,reach for the stars,motivators,a short mosey around short loop.Next the Thang:We did a lexicon quiz.I read a definition and a pax ran to the end of the parking lot and selected the correct word match.Many comical hints were given to the new guys.While they ran the rest of the pax did a series of exercises with blocks.These included Squats,left arm rows,right arm rows,squat thrusts,rifle carry,lunges,lunge walks,overhead presses,tricep extensions.We successfully went through the list of 20 terms twice leaving no time for mary.We concluded with our COT.I think we all learned something in this strength based beatdown.Thanks for the privelege to lead today.LH
