Another beautiful morning!  10 PAX posted for the workout with a surprise visitor arriving after the warm-a-rama.

Warm-a-rama: Mosey to “Death Valley” for Arm Circles, SSH, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Cobra, Calf Stretch, BSE, Merkins, Mountain Climbers

The Thang:

EMOM (every minute on the minute):

Set 1 (six minutes, alternate between the two groups):

• Group 1: 10 Merkins, 10 Step Ups each leg, 10 In/Outs
• Group 2: 5 Blockees

About this time an FNG arrived.  He just moved into the area this past week from Ohio and found us on The Bridge Church website.

Set 2 (six minutes alternating between the two groups):

• Group 1: 10 Derkins, 10 Sumo Squats, 10 Big Boy Sit Ups
• Group 2: 10 -15 Curls with a block

Set 3 (six minutes alternating between the two groups):

• Group 1: 10 Irkins, 10 Lunges each leg, 10 LBC
• Group 2: 10-15 Overhead Press with a block

Mosey up Island Street to the baseball dugouts

• Dead Hang for 5-count each
• 10 Dips IC
• 10 Miracle Merkins (5 count in down position and 5-count in up position)
• Bunny Hop up the stairs

Morning Call — 3 groups; hold plank and in turn each PAX does 5 Pull Ups; 2 sets

Morning Call Modified — 1/2 group does ~ 10 Underdogs while the others hold an Al Gore; 2 sets

COT: We named our FNG “MaryAnne” since he is a professor (Gilligan’s Island)!  We look forward to getting to know our new PAX member.  Prayers for Sheldon’s job search and for MaryAnne as he settles in and begins his new role overseeing the operations at Kings Academy.
