Through life’s travels I realized I hadn’t been to the ranch in a month. So go to be back and to catch up with the brothers I haven’t seen in a while. After a few minutes of welcoming mumble chatter and disclosures we got to it.
Warm up: arm circles, shoulder shrugs, neck and trunk rolls, squats, imperial walkers, side and front lunges, peter parkers, mountain climbers, merkins.
Thang 1: Mosey’d to the playground for 11’s, with burpees and LBC’s.
Thang 2: Mosey’d back to the pavilion and paired up for 60 second table lifts, then Dips, declined merkins, step up’s, Mr Myogi’s (step up and balance in crane position for 5 seconds), gas pumpers
Mary: back to the flag for 6 minutes of dealers choice.
