The Thang:  The Q just celebrated the 1 year anniversary to his first beatdown, so he re-visited and recycled the beatdown.   The original Q to that beat (August 2nd, 2022) was on hand to verify.

Thing 1:  CD Player-   mosey over the gazebo.   The idea was simple.   Run around the gazebo in a circle (hence the CD).  The Q will shout “fast forward” the PAX will run forward around the gazebo,  “rewind” the PAX will run backwards around the gazebo, and “Skip” the PAX will skip around the gazebo.

Thing 2:  Plank Race-  The PAX split in two groups.  6 on 5.  Each team lined up shoulder to shoulder.  The PAX at the end of the line would stand up and run to the front and get back down into plank.  We did this race from the gravel path to the parking lot.   The 5 member team won and there prize was 10 burpees.  The losing team of 5 were awarded 10 burpees as well!

Thing 3:  mosey to the pavilion around the circle.   At pavilion 1 we did DIPs (10 slow count), In and Outs (10 IC), Plank Jacks (10 IC), 10 Bulgarian Squits (10 IC each leg)

Mosey to the other Pavilion (past the stage).  At Pavilion 2 we did crab cakes (10 IC), Freddy Merceraries (10 IC), Shoulder Taps (10 IC), Side Lounge (10 IC)

mosey back to Pavilion 1 and rinse and repeat.

Time ran out, so we mozied back to the flag for 5 minutes of Mary.
