The Thang
We headed off over the river to run the trail to the Bartram Trail parking lot and looped back for a total of ~ 2.6 miles. Along the way we stoped for Dips, Clock Merkins, BTTW, American Hammers, Squats, Plank Hurdles, Step Ups, Diamond Merkins, In/Outs, NUR, and finally Burpees until the Six caught up.
