The BackBlast:
Apollo jumped right into the beatdown. We started running the 3 mile trail. We had some detours along the way which included Clock Merkins, Balls to the Walls inside a shipping container, forward and backward lunges, and WWIs. We reached the halfway point at the park lot where we found Teardrop and The Rock waiting for us. We had a leadership moment and then did some dips. We then headed back to the Grill. Along the way we did 6 inches, wall sits (in the container again) NUR (backward run), and Karaoke with a final sprint back to the Grill where we enjoyed a round of Mary!
We ended with the COT. We continued praying for Ditto’s granddaughter, for families in general, and the nation.
