The Thang
A Biscuit Circuit consisting of 6 stations with two coupons to choose from (with the exception of Mountain Climbers). 45 seconds at each stations with 15 seconds to switch between stations. After completing a rotation, the PAX would mosey to the playground to perform 10 pull ups or 15 underdogs. 3 rounds completed by all. Well done Men!!!
