The Thang “
Moseyed to the pavilion. Each Pax Ran up the hill, climbing the wall, running across the parking lot then up the big hill to the street, rinsed and repeated 3 times. Then each pax called out an exercise talking each part of the body used most for spartan training. Dips, step ups, gas pumpers, etc. we did 3 rounds of this. Moseyed to the bottom of the hill. Did 40 squats then backed pedaling up the hill for about 70 yards. Once we reached the top we did another set of exercises. Moseyed back to the Shovel Flag for 6 minutes of Mary. Finished with CountOramma, NameOramma and COT. Good workout and mumble chatter from all.
