10 PAX took the red pill and posted to a damp workout with rain threatening but not really materializing.  Ringworm arrived late but came despite just getting off work and wanting some sleep.  Sheldon came despite being sleep deprived after babysitting Wilson’s youngest 2.0 for the week (btw, where was Wilson…he just got back from vacation).  Pocahontas was smart sacking after being the second PAX to catch the stomach bug but Myra was back in good form after missing Tuesday’s workout due to the bug.

Warm-a-rama: mosey to “death valley”; Arm Circles, Moroccan Nightclubs, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, BSE, Mountain Climbers.  At this point Ringworm caught up with us just in time to mosey back to the shovel flag

The Thang

Stop by Beaker’s truck to each pick up a pair of bricks

Micah 6:8: He has told you O MAN, what is GOOD; And what does the Lord require of you but to do JUSTICE, to love KINDNESS, and to WALK HUMBLY with your God.

We broke this verse down with a routine for each component:

“O Man” — 10 Man makers: Merkin, Right arm row with brick, Left arm row with brick, Squat and Overhead Press equals one rep.

“GOOD” — Greta 1-2-3: pair up; each pair completes cumulative number of reps as follow while they take turns running out ~ 50 yards around the score board and back while carrying bricks: 100 Squats/Overhead Press with bricks, 200 American Hammers with a brick, 200 Step Ups with bricks

At this point, we took a breather while Potsie gave his Q Point Minute (or two) on “The Queen” — The daily disciple over what is put into the body.

“Justice” — Jack Jack Webb: 1 Merkin, 1 Plank Jack, 1 Overhead Press from kneeling position; increase by one rep to 7 each

“Kindness” — Killer B’s (kill with kindness): ~ 25-yard Bear Crawl; ~ 25-yard Broad Jumps; 5 Burpees

“Walk Humbly” — ~ 25-yard Alligator Crawl/Duck Walk

Mary: Dealer’s Choice — Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercury, LBC, Scissors, Box Cutters, 1-minute Plank, 1-minute Wall Sit, Sphinx Merkins, Monkey Humpers, SSH, Hip Flexor Stretch

COT: Prayers for Ditto’s granddaughter who is in the NICU; prayers for Klinger’s 2.0

Ditto, Potsie, and Beaker went to Four Twelve for coffeeteria where we were joined by a starsky, Teardrop, who in his defense is nursing a leg injury but wanted to keep in the habit of coming to the F3 workout/coffeeteria.  Good fellowship!
