The Thang: Everyone line up across the lot on a line marked by a traffic cone. 

Plank for a five count by each PAX.  This five count would be repeated for each successive round, so I’m not writing it in each time.  

Next, 2 down and backs between the start-line traffic cone and a second cone at some slight distance, then plank.  This same route took place each time, so I’m not writing it out.  Also, Biscuit smoked everyone, so I’m not writing that out each time either.  

Then, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs, then plank.

Then 4 burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs, then plank.

Then 5 Merkins, 4 burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs, then plank.

Then 6 American Hammers, 5 Merkins, 4 burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs then plank. 

Then 7 LBCs, 6 American Hammers, 5 Merkins, 4 burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs then plank. 

Then 8 Gas Pumps, 7 LBCs, 6 American Hammers, 5 Merkins, 4 burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs then plank.

Then 9 High Dollys, 8 Gas Pumps, 7 LBCs, 6 American Hammers, 5 Diamond Merkins, 4 Diamond burpees, 3 Monkey Humpers, 2 down and backs then plank.
