Disclaimer was accepted by all and the Exicon adventure began. Warmup consisted of seal claps, the chinook, monkey humpers, grass/cherry pickers, Finkle swings, Imperial Storm kickers, cheerleaders, Alabama Ass kickers, Tennessee rocking chairs and Parker Peters.
The Thang: A mishmash of leg and core exercises loosely based on a theme of dance commenced. Hillbilly squats, Australian snow angels, Daft Punk, Captain Morgan (roughly attempted by all including Q), Ballerina toe squats, dancing chilcuts, crab jacks and alarm clocks. Then we mosied to the pavilion for Bulgarian squats, Apolo Anton oh no’s, and crab cakes.
Merry was dealers choice with Freddie Mercury’s, box cutters, merkins, v-ups, crunchy frogs, and butterfly sit-ups. And a final mosy to the flag.
Countarama and Namearama followed by announcements and COT. Wild turkey trot and camp out as well as beer and book exchange mentioned. Prayers requested for travel, healing, praise of healing and peace raised up.
