Welcome back Kotter!  We were pleasantly surprised when Teardrop posted to the workout after an absence of over a year or two.

The rain didn’t materialize as forecasted and it was a very pleasant morning.

10 Stations; 50 seconds at each station with 10 second between to switch.  Two rounds with a short recovery lap between rounds:

Round 1

We got fairly smoked and this was a good time for a breather while Potsie delivered his Q Point on the last leadership foundation, Preparedness as well as an overview of the four quadrants of leadership.

Most of the PAX went to four twelve following the workout for coffeeteria and good fellowship.
