The BackBlast:

Ringworm provided a bunch of F3-stenciled cinderblocks for our AO.  Can’t let them sitting idle!

Warm-a-rama: mosey to “Death Valley” for the usual warmup routine as well as Motivators from 7 to 1

Mosey back to the shovel flag and each PAX retrieve a cinder block stacked behind the bandstand.

  • 10 Blockees
  • 20 Alternating Leg/Arm Raise Plank
  • 10 Lunge walk (IC) with a block held overhead
  • 10 Crossover Merkins on the Block (each side)
  • Colt 45: 15 lower half arm curl, 15 upper half arm curl, 15 full arm curl
  • 10 In/Out on the block
  • 10 Flutter Kicks
  • 10 Shoulder Press
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 Irkins

We did a mosey somewhere in the midst of the block exercises as well as a Q Point from Potsie
