4 pax gathered on very muggy Saturday morning for 4 corner full body beatdown.2 pax had run in an early bird special and were already sweating profusely.Warmup started slow and ended with motivators to kick off the beatdown.The Thang,at each corner we did 4 exercises,core,legs,cardio and upper body.Core…high plank,american hammer,freddie mercurys,ww twos.Legs…squats,bonnie blairs,monkey humpers,lunges.Cardio…ssh,burpees,mountain climbers,plank jacks.Upper body…carolina dry docks,arm circles,hand release merkins,merkins.Between the corners we jogged.Next we moseyed to the coupons and rifle carried them to the stage.We did overhead presses and then ran up the hill and looped back to the stage alternating over the shoulder coupon lifts,again to ehe top of the hill and back to the stage for squats with coupons.Again to the top of the hill and back to the stage for curls.We ended with balls to the wall and a short round of mary.Last COT,forgot namerama.Everyone looked pissed off in the picture….must have been a nasty beatdown.Thx gents,LH
