Prepping for this beatdown, Slice sent me the BB from the same event in 2018. Interesting to see some known names and some not recognized. But the announcements and prayers were familiar. We continued the tradition this morning though we completed the reps across 5 of us which fit our 45 minute time frame well. Disclaimers agreed to, we did 8 minutes of warm ups and then got to it.
Conditions: calm, damp, 68°, a smidge of drizzle that quickly subsided.

4. – Abs: 100 -LBC’s
Round 2
1 – Agility: 100 yard – NUR (backward run)
2 – Arms: 100 – Pull Ups
3 – Legs: 100 – Step Ups
4. – Abs: 100 – American Hammer (50 x IC)
Round 3
1 – Agility: 100 yard AYG Sprint
2 – Arms: 100 Overhead Claps
3 – Legs: 100 – Lunges

Round 4

Finale: 100 Yard Bear Crawl and complete 76 Burpees!
Note on timing: Across 5 of us we had plenty of time to complete all reps and 5 minutes of Mary. I’d say groups of 4 would still work for a 45 minute workout.
