Part 1 – Mosey Up to the Basketball Court – circle up on mid court. On Q move around the circle performing the following:

7. Plank Walk
8. Merkin Walk
9. Jump to Inner Circle & Back
10. Lunge to Inner Circle and Back

Part 2 – Circular Fitness Routine – IC for 10 to 15 counts

1. Dolly’s
2. American Hammer
3. Underleg Slappers
4. Big Boys
5. Flutters
6. 007’s
7. Carolina Dry Docks (Flame)
8. Merkins (Agassi)
9. J-Lo’s (Uptown)

Part 3 – Circle of Life

Pax find a Tree and become one, followed by a lap around the circular parking lot.

1. Wall Sit – 10 count each Pax.
2. One Leg Squat – L / R
3. Tree Humpers
4. Balls to the wall

Finish with Flying Squirels (Burpee Broad Jump) around the parking lot.

Prayers & Praises

Gracious heavenly father, thank you for the opportunity for another day to live and make difference. We know we receive all the strength we need through Christ Jesus your son. In his name we lift up to you praises for Mr. Brady’s daughter who has recovered almost fully from a very tragic mountain bike accident. We ask for blessing and discernment for Zach and Jill’s wedding next month. We ask for further healing for Lori battling a concussion, Grayson recovering colitis, and Agassi as prepares for prostate surgery.
