Pavilion Power

Welcome a loud and wet day at the Trojan after some ridiculous Thunderstorms and rain this morning. A few new ponds have formed on the fields of Lone Lane. YHC decided to put a Pavilion covered workout on the fly. Early morning text reminder that we workout in rains, sleet, snow, heat, and cold was the reminder Agassi needed to make the journey out into the gloom. There are always a million reasons to keep us where we are, so T-Claps for those that suffered under the pavilion this morning.

The Thang

Super 21 – 20 merkins + 1 ab exercise, 19 merkins + 2 ab exercise, all the way to 1 merkin + 20 ab exercises.

Beaker showed us some ridiculous yoga move for the 1 merkin where he balances his entire body on his hands in a reverse push-up position. I can’t wait until I grow up to be just like him at 53!!!!

Wall Hang-out

1 pax mosey the loop as slow or as fast they want, the other pax do wall sits until return. rotate new runner; while everyone hangs out in wall sit until he returns. Modify up or down to running backwards, overhead claps, SSH, or step-ups.
