Purpose: To bring together 50 or more brothers of the Gloom from the region for some fitness, fun, and a good cause.
Proposal: Ultimate Frisbee / Football Tournament! Each AO submits a team of as many guys as possible. Registration is $5.00 a guy. Each AO designates a charity in advance. Winning team gets the money to donate to their charity.

Start Time: 7:00 am
Duration: 10 minute games (although might be shorter / longer, trying to keep everything to an hour)
Location: Searching for a good park in Shillington / Reading, PA area.
Event Format: Like an F3 workout. We will start with a 10 minute warmarama, the Thang will be tournament, Mary -After each game there will be 5 minutes of penalty exercise (i.e. burpees) to be assigned by the winning team(s). Ball of Man.
Coffeeteria: yes!, location TBD
Special notes: Saturday AO’s should not hold regularly scheduled workout. AO’s can submit more than one team. AO’s can pick up player from another AO if needed. Goal is 10 person teams. Clown Cars are a must! No man should drive alone.
