Of the six PAX who posted for our Tuesday afternoon workout four were double respect and the two “young’ins” only had one respect (but not for long).  That’s a lot of respect!

Warm-a-rama: mosey down the river trail to a shady spot for Arm Circles, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, Hillbillies, Lunges, Cobra, Calf Stretch, BSE, Mountain Climbers

The Thang

Mosey back to the pavilion

Set 1:

  • 24 Bulgarian Split Squats (12 each leg IC)
  • 24 Rotational Push ups
  • 24 Big Boy Sit ups
  • 24-count Bear Crawl

Recovery lap around the bandstand

Set 2:

  • 20 Reverse Lunges (IC)
  • 20 Dips (IC)
  • 20 Oblique Crunches (10 each side IC)
  • 20 Box Jumps

Recovery Lap around the tennis court

Set 3:

  • 16 Alabama Ass Kickers (IC)
  • 16 Carolina Dry Docks (IC)
  • 16 Peter Parkers (IC)
  • 16 Sumo Squats (IC)

Mosey to the bandstand

  • 20 Tibialis Raises IC
  • 20 Calf Raises each leg IC
  • 20 Knees over Toes Calf Raises IC

Following the workout all of us went to CopperZ for dinner and good fellowship.
