Mosey to the first small pavilion

  • Pull ups AMRAP or hang
  • WMD – 10 reps each of wide, regular and diamond Merkins
  • 20 Deep Knee Bends

Mosey to the Playground

  • Pull ups AMRAP
  • 15 Underdogs
  • 20 Lunges IC
  • 20 Reverse Lunges IC

Mosey to the shovel flag

  • 15 Dips (IC)
  • Partner Merkin/Squat — team up P1 does a Merkin while P2 holds ankles and does a Squat; 10 each and then flapjack
  • Horse Stance — hold stance for 10 count IC

Mosey around the tennis court to the hill by the soccer field

  • Quadraphila — 3 minutes of NUR up the hill and run back down; burn baby burn!!
