I looks like I’m doing a book series (or back blast series) on Pork Chop. Last week Pork Chop wanted to go for a run and this week Pork Chop does a face plant. I wonder what material he’ll provide at the next workout; maybe we’ll make it a trilogy.
Eight PAX posted for a fairly nice morning workout even though rain was threatening. It was good to see (now) Dr. Sheldon. He successfully defended his thesis and will be receiving his PhD in physics. Congratulations!!!

Deck of Death: card deck divided into 4 piles: Upper body, Leg, Core, and Cardio. In turn each PAX got to choose which category
During this segment of the workout, Woz choose a card from Cardio which called for a sprint. He took us out to the street and we took off running, except for Pork Chop who tripped and did a full face plant into the macadam. His proboscis took the brunt and was scraped up but overall he wasn’t too bad off. Since we were near the end of the workout we called it a day and went back to the bandstand for COT.
COT: Praise for Klinger’s new job and for Sheldon completing his PhD program. Several prayer requests from the PAX
