Two for EBS.  Ran about 50 minutes.

Warm-o-rama.  Neck rolls, trunk rolls, cinnamon rolls, reach for the stars/swan dives, small arm circles, overhead claps, Abe Vigodas, shoulder taps, Peter Parkers, grass-pickers, Merkins, lunges, SSHs.

Rain threatened, but the PAX got big at it and the rain fled.

Mosey 1.5 loops around parking lot, stop to collect coupons and lug them to beat-down area.

World War IIIs OYO x 10.  (“You can’t Q what you can’t do.”  Still working on upper-body strength, so I limited this to what I knew that I could do, rather than setting some aspirational goal that would have me sitting there still.)

Be Advised: Upper body strength is the single most important attribute in surviving some kind of emergency.  Good cardiovascular health is the single most important attribute in surviving daily life.  So, Dr. Luck is going to build in a bunch of running in every BD that he Qs going forward.
