the thang: no offense to those that like lima beans, but the focus of this beatdown was 3 rounds of dealers choice on exercises we don’t like or need to improve. WW3, deadman hang, pullups, v ups, durkins, mosey, skull crushers, blockees. The dessert round (pumpkin pie) was the things we enjoy: weighted lunges, staggered Merkins, curls, high plank/ side plank rotations, rifle carry with coupon up and down the hill 5x, and karaoke.
