the thang: mosied to the utility building wall for BTTW with shoulder taps x10 IC and air chair with OHC 15SC x4. Mosied to pavilion for dips (25), 1-5 ladder sets of pull-up with 10 BBSU, 20 staggered merkins and 30 squats (totaling 15 pull-ups/50BBSU/100merkins/150squats). For recovery we worked in 25 press benches, 15 step back lunges IC and 25 dips. Finished with 3 rounds of circle burpees (12) then mosied to the flag for Mary.
We finished off Mary with box cutters flutter kicks and American hammers.
Countarama and Namearama followed by announcements and COT.
