Split up in two groups. One group at dips station (30). The other group does pull ups (10). Switch……then another round.
Mosey around the pavilions, theater and playground and meet at theater.
Did broad jumps at open area next to theater. We used two trees as markers. Broad jumps from one marker to the other. The amount of broad jumps it takes to get from one tree to the other is the amount of Burpees you do. There and back.
Famous dad’s Triva with Dice of Doom in honor of Father’s Day. The contestant that gets the question right, rolls the die and we do that exercise. We went several rounds with different exercises.
