Casey Cassems, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles (Forward/Backwards), Huggy Bears, SS Hops, Burpee’s, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Peter Parker’s moseyed around the outside of park and back to the pavilion.
The Thang
Each Pax had to take turns and call out 5 Exercises to perform Totaling 25 exercises under the pavilion. We then moseyed around the park and met at the sound stage starting with BTTW ( 15 count each) then Freddy Mercuries, Plank Jacks, we moseyed to the Flag for 5 minutes of Mary. Finished with CountOramma, NameOramma and COT. Great way to start the day and finish with some great mumble Chatter at Coffateria afterwards.
