After a brisk mosey around the Siberian parking lot a couple times, we further warmed up with 13 Imperial Walkers and Grass Pickers. Slice shuffled the OFFICIAL F3 Workout Deck of cards and and we did option A from a lovely, laminated sheet:
Each pax draws a card. During the first round of drawing cards from the deck: Aces = 40 count, Royals = 20 count, low cards = card number + 10 count, and the Joker cards = pax choice of exercise and the count.

Spoiler gave us some spoiler info this morning: though we’re thrilled he has been called back to work that will preclude him from enjoying the Swamp with us. The good news (for him) is that there are a few F3 AOs in the Conshohocken area that he can hit before work. We prayed over him and wished him well. Spoiler, we’ll see you on holidays and weekends!
