The BackBlast:
Three PAX took an early dose of the DRP and came out at 0530 for an early morning mosey around Catasauqua. There was a lot of heavy breathing with the hills of Catty, but even heavier mumble chatter. It was great to talk about the Lord’s Word amongst fellow believers and spur each other on to the race to be ran. In roughly 55 minutes, we covered 4.5 miles.
