Disclaimer was accepted by all and a new adventure began. Warmup consisted of small arm circles, the chinook, Abe Vagotas, grass pickers, toy soldiers, Imperial walkers, raise the roof, huggy bears, motivators starting at 5, air dramas, WGS, sleeping hillbillies and updowns.
The Thang: A mishmash of leg and core commenced. Captain Thor, Daft Punk, happy jacks, and Knalps. We mosied to the basketball court for 5 Apple turnovers to half court bookended with 5 burpees and 5 hand release merkins. Mosied back to the parking lot for Ballerina toe squats and merry commenced.
Merry was dealers choice.
Countarama and Namearama followed by announcements and COT. Wild turkey trot and camp out as well as beer and book exchange mentioned. Prayers requested for blessings for Eager Beavers service and travel as well as continued healing requests. It was an honor to lead.
