12 burpees followed by 1/4 mile mosey (1/2 way around the park) four times

2 burpees on finishing to bring total to 50

Recover walk over to the stage for decending sets, starting at 12 working down to 1, of inclined merkins, durkins and split squats.

Boyant requested a short mosey to do some testing for Saturday.
