Conditions: a mild but drizzly 65 degrees, probably the last of these mornings until spring

The Thang:

The trick is the workout, but the treat is that we can do it under cover and out of the rain. Followed by the reverse, the trick being out in the rain, but with the treat of mosey-ing.

run a half loop of the park

25 Bobby Hurleys

run a half loop of the park

25 X ups (V up, but with one arm to opposite leg, switching each count)

run a half loop of the park

 

Totals: 100 of each exercise, 3.5 miles
