Warm -a-rama – Mosey to bball court-  sungods, abe vigado, ssh, grass pickers, Alabama ass-kickers. Core work – peter parkers, mountain climbers, plank jacks, angle grinders, catalina wine mixers

high knees, butt kickers, and shuffles to half court then sprint other half

The Thang

Laps around bball court – various foot work drills down one sideline, bear crawl across baseline, sprint other sideline back to start.  Suicides – walking lunges to each line, sprint back and merkins in cadence on baseline

Short discussion on the Good Samaritan and  staying nimble enough to respond to others in need even when we may have worth while tasks we’re involved in.

More foot work drills on baseline with crawl bears, skips, and broad jumps in between
