Friday, Nov. 9, -clear and cold

The stars were out and so were nine faithful PAX who verbally accepted the disclaimer.

Warm-up: began appropriately with starjacks, Abe Vigodas, grass pickers, huggy bears, leg swings, quad stretch, calf stretch.  Mosey around parking lot with side shuffle, butt kickers, high knees, karaoke, backwards jog, touching the ground, and skipping.

Movement#1 – Parloffs.  3 rounds. Low plank for 6.

Movement#2 – Blocks. 2 rounds. 10 shoulder presses, 10 curls, 10 back rows each arm, 10 weighted squats, 10 parking space lunge walk with block pressed above head, 5 man makers. Intermission between rounds for a Dr. Seuss story that was intended to remind us to share our lives with each other because we never know what life may have in store for us.

Movement#3 – IC – Merkins, mountain climbers, crunchy frogs, shoulder taps, crab cakes, low plank, half superman, WWI, scissor kicks, six inches, BTTW, people’s chair, windshield wipers, and X’s and O”s.

COT – COR, NOR, announcements, prayer requests, BOM.
