The Grill is heating up! This was our third Tuesday morning beat down in a row!
Warm-a-rama: Mosey to Volleyball court, threw in some high knees, butt kicks, side shuffles, karaokes, Imperial walkers, Frankensteins. Upon arrival completed SSH, Iron Jacks, Plank Jacks, Peter Parkers, Best Stretch Ever.
The Thang: Mosey back to starting point, complete 10 count of each in succession Merkins, Diamond Merkins, Wide Arm Merkin, up to feet complete 30 squats
Mosey to band stand 10ct Derkins
Mosey to park benches complete Step-ups 10ct each leg
Mosey to playground PAX holds plank as each PAX takes a turn completing 15 Tucks, when all PAX complete tucks, complete 10 Underdogs, complete 10 count of each in succession in Incline position, Merkins, Diamond Merkins and Wide Arm Merkins. Alligator Merkins for a 10 count.
Mosey back to park bench for 10 squats into setups each leg
