IronPAX Suckfest Round #1

Only 4 veteran PAX were daring enough to show themselves with the first round of the IronPAX on tap. They each proved themselves up to the challenge, but it showed us each the higher level of fitness achieved by some throughout F3 Nation, mucho respecto is definitely do those posting those times in the low 20’s.

Walk to the starting line while explaining the Task
Chatter from Spike in response to seeing random weights at the starting line: “Did you drop these weights off last night?” YHC: “Nope those are for your big boi sit-ups because I tried them this week without weights holding me feet and they were brutal.”
4 Rounds of:
50 Air squats
40 Big Boi Sit-ups – our tail bones will never be the same
30 Merkins
20 Bonnie Blairs – our rumps will be the envy of all men henceforth
10 Burpees – no flying squirrels here

Lots of mumble chatter during round 4 about what Flipper was doing at that moment. Our best guess was sipping mimosas in first class on his way to Aruba.

T-claps to Spike as always because he doesn’t give up and finishes strong! T-claps to Boyant for extra credit and encouragement of the 6!
