Warm-up: neck roll, trunk roll, leg swings, quad stretch, calf stretch, SSH, grass pickers, and monkey humpers.  Mosey to basketball court.

Movement #1: running:  Three suicides, high knees, butt kickers, side shuffle, karaoke, line hops, bending at lines, and backwards sprint.

The Thang: Share My Troubles.  Inspired by Phil 4:14, the PAX shared the trouble of completing 400 squats, which probably turned into 500 according to Beaker (But who’s counting?).  While one PAX starts squatting in the middle of the parking lot, the other PAX are stationed at cones around the perimeter that direct the PAX to perform a specific number of reps of a particular exercise. Once a PAX completes his exercise, he replaces the guy in the middle and continues cumulative squat count.  Guy who was in the middle goes to one of the perimeter cone exercises.  Perimeter cone exercises included: Burpees, Merkins, mountain climbers, Peter Parkers, Bonnie Blairs, low plank, WWI, flutter kicks, and half-Superman.

Thang was followed by cadence exercises consisting of shoulder taps, crab cakes, Freddie Mercuries, and various stretches.
