Meeting Minutes:

  1. New AO Launch – On Monday, September 3, 2018 at 7:00 AM, Dr. Seuss will be leading the launch of a new AO at Faith Church, 6528 Hamilton Blvd, Allentown, PA 18106.  Normal workouts will be Monday and Friday from 5:30am – 6:45am.  Dr. Suess will be writing up more details about this workout. (separate BB) with a link to share.  Strongly suggest getting hard commits from guys through personal invitation.  Also recommend we promote this as a Anniversary and Convergence Workout to help show the spirit and power of the collective F3 Nation.  F3 Lehigh Valley will Site Q’s volunteering to take Q on several of the first workouts to allow Dr. Seuss to focus on perfecting the EH, promoting, and getting Hard Commits.  The unique aspect of this AO is they are committed to always providing a 0.0 version of the workout to promote the aspect of being an great on-ramp to help all men of all fitness levels.
  2. F3 Lehigh Valley Year 2 Manniversary – Labor Day is the official 2nd Year anniversary and will be celebrated with the opening of the Faith Church AO.  We will also be promoting this workout as a convergence opportunity to get guys from Lancaster, Valley Forge, Hamburg, and Fleetwood.
  3. F3 Lancaster Year 1 Manniversary  – Saturday, October 20, 2018 will be the the Year 1 Anniversary for this AO.  Sunspot will be getting more details on this to help promote as a convergence workout.
  4. Iron Pax Challenge – these are killer workouts!  Be careful they sound easier than they look.  Great job to all the guys that are submitting each week to this nonsense.
  5. Lake Champion Men’s Weekend – Sept. 20 – 23.  Four guys from F3LV signed up and Four guys from F3Lanco signed up.  Check out website. http://priorityone.org/mens-weekend/lake-champion/ and watch video.  There will be at least one beat down.  Last year we gathered 26 guys for the workout (20 FNG’s).  One guy (EAGLE) watched this crazy group of guys from a distance and thought he would never do an F3 workout.  Eagle has become a cornerstone to the LANCO group.  There will be over 300 guys from across the North East in attendance.  It will not disappoint.
  6. Yuengling October Fest – 5K – Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018 at the ArtsQuest Center on SteelStacks Campus in historic Bethlehem, PA.  Flame to coordinate more details.
  7.  FNG Challenge – great idea, let’s outline something to nail down at next meeting.
  8.  F3 Philadelphia Launch – CSPAN – Nantan – it will be exciting!  Can’t wait.
  9. F3 Valley Forge – in search of some cross pollination.  They want some Q school and beat downs.  Side Effects will be sending out the Saturday workout schedules and inviting guys to sign-up to take a Saturday.  Flame is sending Q school document to Side Effects.
