F3 Longest Winner Contest

In contrast to Biggest Loser weight loss competition, this contest is designed with achieving your goal quickly and maintaining it for the longest period of time.  In F3 fashion this event is open to all men and is designed to be equally challenging and rewarding to everyone participating.

Rules For Participation:

  1. All interested must register on or before September 30, 2019.
  2. Pay $20.00 via Paypal paypal.me/jeremyhoutz
  3. Submit your Current Weight and Height to Queen GroupMe Channel.
  4. Photograph’s, FUPA, other measurements optional or for your own personal reference, not required.

Rules for Contest

  1. Contest End Day is Thanksgiving Eve Day (Wednesday, 11/27/19 at 9am)
  2. A point will be earned every day you achieve or maintain your Goal Weight.
  3. Goal Weight = (Current Weight at Contest Start – BMI 24 on Ideal Height Weight Chart ) * .50
  4. Weekly Submit Weight to “Queen Accountability” GroupMe channel by Saturday at 10am. https://groupme.com/join_group/51632576/nGb2aSd0
  5. Daily Submission by 10am required once goal weight achieved or no points earned.
  6. If no points are earned in contest period, contest is extended 30 days.
  7. No age groups in this competition.

Communications & Prizes:

  1. Every Monday by 12 noon Zena will post contest standings on GroupMe Channel.
  2. First Place is highest number of points earned.  Receive 70% of cash collected.
  3. Second Place is highest number of points earned.  Received 30% of cash collected.

Example Calculation:

Uptown Girl 5’ 11” which means his BMI 24 weight = 172 from chart attached.  His current weight on 9/14/19 is 190.0.  That means he would need to lose 18lbs to achieve is high range normal BMI 24 weight.  In order to start earning any points in this contest he needs to lose 9 lbs.   Every day he is at or below 181.0 lbs he earns a point.
