1 for a ruck (2.5 miles)
Neither of us wanted to do the thang. I will say just the presence of another man at the start gave me the motivation to run. Felt 100% better after the run than I would have if Deuce didn’t show and I sat in the my car. Another testament that I can’t (nor do I have to) do life on my own. Iron sharpens Iron!
