Cold, breezy, dark. I needed hot coffee, more sleep, and a Spring morning. I had Spoiler and Open House. I got out of my car and we went to work.

Warm-o-rama: SSHs, Trunk rolls, Cincinatti Toy Soldiers, Peter Parkers, Shoulder taps, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigodas, Merkins, Mountain climbers. All, except trunk rolls, IC x 10. Lap and a half around the lot, then draw coupons.
The Thang:
Round One: Merkins, IC x 15; “Squrls” (Curl the coupon up as you squat down, reverse as you rise), SC x 20; V-Ups with coupons, SC x 20; Rifle carry from one lamp post to the next, then back.
Round Two: Merkins, IC x 15; “Squrls,” SC x 20; V-Ups with coupons, SC x 20; Lunge walk with coupons from one lamp post to the next, then back.
Round Three: Merkins, IC x 15; “Squrls,” SC x 20; V-Ups with coupons, SC x 20; Lunge walks, same as above.
