Warm-Ups: Run to the Valley of Death, did some arm circles, Hip Rolls, Toe Touches, Plank into calf stretches. Took a knee and stretched the hips out. We did jumping jacks, mountain climbers and finished with a groin stretch.
Leaving the Valley of death we ran to the basketball courts for some suicides (I think a name change is needed, maybe running for pie). Before we started we did 10 Merkins. We did 7 lines (there are 2 courts side by side Running sideline to sideline) ended with 10 merkins.
Jogged over to the swing sets did 10 pull ups on the swings, 15 squats, back to the swings for another 10 pull ups and finished with 15 squats.
Jogged to the Pavilion for the benches. Started with Step Ups 8 per leg, then 20 Incline Pushups, 15 back lunges each leg, 20 decline push ups.
From the pavilion to the band stand for the wall squats (10 count each), then to balls to the wall (10 count each). We went to the ground for V-Ups, Planks, Merkin Shoulder Taps, Dips along the railing or from the floor.
Got off the band stand and did a bear crawl from the band stand to the first tree (about 50ft each way)
With some time left we did a round of merry with Freddy mercury, diamond merkins, side planks and WWI
For some reason it seems tougher with less people.
