Warmo-rama: 10 each; arm circles, empirial walkers, Casey casums, and a series of leg stretches
Thang: 3.6 mile loop run to trail along Spring Creek road and back. Cut short due to flooding along path parallel to Spring Creek road, so we did a run around the parking lot twice when we got back to make it an even 3 miles.
