Beautiful autumn morning; perhaps the last mild morning of the year so we took advantage of it.

Mosey to the bandstand

To grow in manhood we must learn to conquer our own souls.  Every man must fight 3 different tendencies – the dragon of doubt, of apathy, and of lust.

 The Thang:

•   Ascending Testicles (15d: 10 Derkin; 45d: 10 Derkin; BTTW)
•   Dirty Hookup (plank facing wall: 1. R hand on wall, 2. L hand on wall, 3. R hand to ground, 4. L hand to ground)
•   People’s chair along wall: Dragon of Doubt tells lies & half truths; second-guess God; fight with Truth
•   Mosey to concession stand
•   Dragon of Apathy lulls us to sleep: The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”; fight with intentionality; go on offensive
•   Red Barchetta (run to specified yd line, do exercise, run to start point and plank for Six; 100 yd/100 Squats; 75 yd/75 Mountain Climber; 50 yd/50 LBC; 25 yd/25 Merkin; 10 yd/10 Burpee)
•   Staggered Merkin Crawl for last return from 10yd to start

Mosey to playground

•   Modified Morning Call (all but 1 PAX in Dip position; 1 PAX calls out 5 pullups; PAX do a Dip for each pullup; stay in Dip until all have called 5 pull ups)

Make way back to bandstand: 

•   Plank Hurdles:  1st PAX sprint 10yd/plank, 2nd sprint/hurdle 20yd/plank, etc.

  Dragon of Lust is selfish desire for sex, power, fame, or fortune; fight with sacrificial love

•   Global Warming (Al Gore while shuffle in circle; call out exercise – 15 Bobby Hurley, 10 Burpee, 10 Imperial Walker)
•   Bear Crawl Ring of Fire (Crawl in circle; stop; 1st does 10 Merkin while other plank, then 2nd does Merkin, etc.)

Mary: Dealer’s Choice: each PAX calls out exercise for the rest of PAX to perform why he runs a lap around the bandstand
