We had a visitor from Richmond, VA. join us. It was nice working out with you Faceplant.
Warmup- jog in place, Side straddle hops, goofballs, boxing trot, high knees, butt kickers, Grass pickers, Monkey humpers, Abe Vigodas, Star jumps.
We broke up into runners/ruckers and met back at Willow Ln Elementary at 6:14.
