Main event: Everyone in plank position. Shooter shoots. Miss = ‘mercan. Second miss = 2 ‘mercans….so on. Capped at 8. (Dial up, USE THE BACKBOARD!!!). Make it and bear crawl to end line, sprint back. Sme with lunges, Skips and all kinds of things.
