Nice weather,warm up done followed by 80 lb. bucket carry around parking lot while pax did blimps each taking turn carrying the buckets,mosey to flag,side straddle burpees,overhead claps,mosey to pavillion,repeated sequence of merkins,dips,in and outs.Next suicides featuring bear crawl,squats,lbcs,lunges.Next a sprint about 300 yards and side shuffle,high knees,butt kickers back.Finally mosey back to flag,and mary and Cot.Thx gents great way to start the day.
