Conditions: 50°, calm, clear. 3 to run, 1 to ruck this morning. Disclaimer given and agreed to. 5 minutes of warm-ups and we got to it. Hot Shot opted for the 2 mile ruck while three of us did 2 laps around the big Willow block. YHC interspersed sprints on the first lap, while allowing my cohorts to call the sprints on the second. Either they didn’t hear me – or they were fried from Deuce’s Swamp beatdown the day before and opted out of any additional duress (I’m guessing the latter).
Back at 6:10 for CoT when the sun crept up over the horizon to greet us. Best way to start the day! Thanks guys.
